Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AI Crew Pilot provides done-for-you AI automation services including AI agent configuration, deployment, and management. By subscribing, you receive access to AI agents that operate on your behalf via Telegram, email, and other connected platforms.

2. Account & Billing

• You must provide accurate account information
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time through the settings page or Stripe portal
• Refunds are available within the first 14 days (money-back guarantee)
• Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Crew Pilot to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications
• Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate the terms of connected third-party services

4. AI Agent Behavior

AI agents act on your behalf based on your configuration. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and overseeing your AI crew's actions. Critical decisions should always be verified by a human.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause brief downtime. We will notify affected customers in advance when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Crew Pilot is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from AI agent actions, service interruptions, or third-party service failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, we will offer data export and delete your data within 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
